Inside Emmerdale’s Amelia Spencer star’s glam life off-screen with famous sibling
Actress Daisy Campbell made her soap debut at just seven years old when she landed the role Amelia Spencer in ITV's Emmerdale, and she's remained a regular on our TV screens
Daisy Campbell portrays Amelia Spencer in the ITV soap, and has taken on some bold storylines including a teenage pregnancy and the discovery of her true father.
Most recently, Amelia has started a relationship with Tom King (James Chase), despite his abusive behaviour towards estranged wife Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper). The storyline is due to reach a climax in the coming weeks, with it looking like Tom is heading to prison as Belle finally gets justice.
Thankfully, in real life, actress Daisy’s life is much less dramatic than Amelia’s. The 21 year old actress tends to keep her fans updated with her life on social media, where she regularly shares glamorous snaps from trips to destinations including Ibiza, Dubai, and Paris.

Daisy – who grew up in Leeds and attended the Scala School of Performing Arts as well as Rebel Acting School – is not the only one in her family with an interesting job. Her younger brother Finley once appeared in a Sainsbury’s advert whilst her sister Rhona is a national dance champion. She is thought to live at home with her family.
Daisy often shows off her lavish life to her 81,000 followers, sharing images of herself in stunning gowns at award shows, or heading out to party at the swanky Sketch in Mayfair or The Ivy Asia. She’s also a big fan of Ocean Beach Club in San Antonio, Ibiza.
But, she admits her love life can be a struggle. Dating can be tough, she has previously admitted, as she’s never sure if she’s being approached because someone likes her, or because they recognise her from the show.
Daisy once told The Sun: “I’m single. I do get a few boys chatting me up, I think everyone does when you’re out with your friends. And it’s a natural thing to worry that they’re only coming up to you because you’re on the TV. But I just want to concentrate on work at the minute, that’s my main focus. I’m a bit of a workaholic.”

Daisy has also previously told how fans of the soap mistake her for her character and while she was playing a pregnant 16-year-old, people would tell her off for drinking in real life. She told The Sun: “It’s so funny. When people see me on a night out, they’re like, ‘Where’s your baby?’ And when Amelia was pregnant in the show, I’d get people coming up saying, ‘Oh so you’re not pregnant in real life then?’ Or they’d tell me I shouldn’t be drinking in ‘my condition.'”
The actress also opened up during the same interview about her childhood and getting into television, saying: “It’s crazy when I look back. I’d always loved dancing since I was really little and my dance teacher told my mum that she should take me to drama school. A year later I got Emmerdale and I have been there ever since.
“Everyone was supportive and I surrounded myself with a really nice group of girls, who I’m still great friends with. I went to performing arts college after my GCSEs but quickly realised that all I wanted to do was work at Emmerdale full-time, so I decided to give it up. There’s no better experience than working on the job so I decided to make it my priority — and I’ve
