Emmerdale’s Belle Dingle receives terrifying threat after Tom King attack
Tom is awake after being brutally attacked, but what does he remember?
EMMERDALE’S Tom King continues to control his ex wife Belle Dingle, after she attacked him with an axe.
After one of the most tense episodes in the shocking Belle and Tom abuse plot, Tom was left seemingly dead after Belle plunged an axe into his back.
Belle was convinced she killed him and her family was prepared to cover it up and hide the body.
But, as Sam went to retrieve Tom’s body, a huge twist was revealed.
Tom has disappeared with the axe still remaining in the disused building.
Sam and Vinny quickly realised that Tom must in fact be ALIVE.
Dr. Liam found a collapsed Tom by the road a short walk away from the Dingle house and was taken to hospital.
Tom’s uncle Jimmy and girlfriend Amelia immediately suspected Belle was responsible for the attack.
Charity ensured that Belle had an alibi as she told the police that Belle was walking with her at the time Tom was attacked.
Belle went along with it, and under questioning by the police, she told them very little about her relationship with her husband and his abuse towards her.
Meanwhile, Tom told the police that he couldn’t remember being attacked or where he was heading.
But, at the end of the episode when Tom was alone in his hospital bed, he made a phone call to Belle.
He told her: “Belle? Don’t I even get a hello?”
“After what you did to me, you can’t just ignore me.
“I want to see you. Come and visit me by 1 o’clock tomorrow and don’t tell anyone…
“Or I will tell the police everything.”
Will Belle admit to what she did?
Or will she continue to be controlled by Tom?
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
