Emmerdale spoilers: Ruby’s dramatic revenge as she publicly exposes Caleb Milligan and Tracy Metcalfe’s affair
Ruby (Beth Cordingly) has only been in the village a couple of weeks and already she’s set to cause as much damage as the infamous Emmerdale storm.
Despite Caleb’s (Will Ash) protestations that he and Ruby are definitely, 100% getting divorced, Ruby is adamant the opposite is true. Even when she finds out about Caleb and Tracy (Amy Walsh) carrying on, she sees it that Tracy is merely an obstacle she needs to deal with.
We sense this is not Ruby’s first rodeo in shooing away Caleb’s side chicks.
Tracy has no idea what’s about to hit her. She’s finally admitted to Caleb she’s falling in love with him – and even told Nate (Jurell Carter) their marriage is over. But having learned Caleb is still bedding his wife, she’s suddenly wary of what she’s got herself into.
Tracy spots Caleb and Ruby together and tries to mask her hurt. Ruby, meanwhile, believes she can win her wayward husband back, she just needs the know-how – and turns to son Nicky for tips.
Caleb and Tracy bump into each other out in the village where they share some cross words – there is a lot of hurt and confusion floating around, and it’s about time it has an airing. But unbeknownst to them they have a witness – Ruby.
Ruby’s fire rages as she plans something rotten to rid herself of thorn-in-the-side Tracy.
Her revenge plot will send shockwaves across the village as she chooses Belle (Eden Taylor Draper) and Tom’s (James Chase) wedding reception as her scene.
She bides her time and picks her moment, then announces to the entire reception – that Caleb has been having an affair with Tracy.
One can only imagine poor Nate’s face at realising he was right all along. The damage is done and the remnants of deceit and betrayal fly about like confetti.
How will Cain (Jeff Hordley) react to learning Moira (Natalie J Robb) knew all along? Will Nate be able to control his burning rage or is there another Dingle bust up on the cards?
