Emmerdale murder ‘sealed’ as Cain Dingle starts war after Matty’s arrest
Emmerdale's Cain Dingle gave Sam Dingle a look of pure hatred as their family has been left divided over a stabbing.
During Monday’s tense instalment of Emmerdale, Matty Barton (played by Ash Palmisciano) angrily confronted Samson Dingle (Sam Hall), hoping to convince him to tell the truth.
While he thought he had gotten through to Samson, he was later left panicked when PC Swirling (Andy Moore) informed him the youngster had contacted the police, accusing Matty of putting pressure on him.
Matty squared up to Samson to confront him before two police officers caught up with him and marched him away, towards a police car.
As the police officers held Matty’s arms, he begged Samson: “Please, Samson. What have you done? I thought you were going to tell the truth.
“It didn’t happen the way you are saying it did! I can’t… I can’t go to prison. Please!” Matty pleaded as the police officers told him to stop struggling.

Matty was hysterical as he was forced into a police car – fearing imprisonment was inevitable.
Meanwhile, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) glared at Sam Dingle (James Hooton) as the war between the pair was made clear.
Sam refuses to believe his son is lying about being stabbed viciously by Matty while Cain supports Moira – who is related to Matty.
Could Cain end up killing Samson to get his revenge if Matty ends up in jail?
