EastEnders legend claims she would be the first TV star to die on I’m A Celeb
EastEnders legend Natalie Cassidy has claimed that she would be the first TV star to ever die doing I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
In a recent episode of the Off The Telly podcast, which the Sonia Fowler star co-hosts with actress Joanna Page, Natalie discussed why she would be a terrible contestant on the ITV gameshow.
‘I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I think I’d be the first celebrity to have a heart attack and die on the television,’ she claimed.
Recalling a recent incident, she revealed that any instance involving a bug reminds her of the show.
‘There was a spider the other day in the lounge because it’s obviously been harvest season, and it was quite big. I had to put a pint glass over it. I couldn’t move it, so it stayed there until Marc got home and he took it outside. And I thought, how pathetic?’
I’m A Celeb returned to our screens on Sunday, and fans have been loving it.
Soap star Alan Halsall is in the line-up, and became one of the first camp leaders after winning the first trial with teammate Tulisa Contostavlos.
Though Natalie claims she will never do I’m A Celeb, she has previously competed on Strictly Come Dancing, where she came fifth.
