Sizzling love triangle confirmed as EastEnders legend falls for two men
EastEnders is set to revisit Denise Fox’s (Diane Parish) fling with Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) next week.
Last year, Denise found herself increasingly drawn to the Walford bad boy amid troubles in marriage to Jack Branning (Scott Maslen).
While there was a sizzling attraction between them, Denise stopped short of sleeping with Ravi, who them embarked upon a relationship with her daughter Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) as revenge.
Denise became determined to split them up after finding out Ravi had finished off his adopted father Ranveer Gulati (Anil Goutam) and had let Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) believe she had killed him after he assaulted her.
Back the present day, and Denise is now single after splitting from Jack in the wake of his own affair with Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) last year.
While the former couple came close to a reunion last month, Denise later had a change of heart and has finalised divorce proceedings.
In scenes to air next week, the residents of Walford gather to celebrate the weeding of Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) and George Knight (Colin Salmon).
At The Vic, Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) and Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) are in the party spirit and encourage Denise to let loose.
The group wind Denise up about Jack and Ravi, and while she rebuffs them, it’s clear she has feelings for both.
Jack is then jealous when he later sees Denise and Ravi talking.
But Denise is then horrified when she spies Ravi’s ex Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan-Levy) trying to make a move on Jack.
Conflicted by her feelings for both men, Kim later tries to play matchmaker between Ravi and her sister – but will Denise really go there again, or does her heart lie with Jack?
EastEnders airs these scenes from Monday 25 November at 7.30pm on BBC One and from 6am on iPlayer.
