EastEnders icon ‘feared dead’ as viewers predict final exit after 30 years
Eagle-eyed EastEnders fans have noticed the absence of one Walford local, and while the rest of the Square carry one with their lives - some viewers are wondering if the character had died
EastEnders viewers have been left fearing Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) is dead after the character was recently put into captivity by Reiss Colwell (Johnny Freeman).
As viewers of the BBC One soap will know, Bianca Bianca watched the incriminating CCTV footage which showed that Reiss was at the care home on the evening of Debbie’s death.
After demanding that Reiss tell the truth, he eventually was forced to confess that it was him who killed his wife, not his pregnant partner Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy). He destroyed the flash drive, but Bianca was still determined to go to the police.
Reiss told her that he had evidence that would clear Sonia’s name in a lock-up, and that he was willing to hand it over if she let him go on the run.
The pair travelled to the sound-proofed lock-up, where Reiss revealed that there was no evidence, before using a blanket to presumably smother her.
The next day, Reiss returned at the lock-up and was met by a hostile Bianca throwing things at him. She was still alive, but had been left chained up all night.
Bianca urged Reiss to let her go, but he explained that he planned to keep her in the lock-up until Sonia is released from prison – with her trial still months away.
Now two weeks later, EastEnders fans have been left wondering if Bianca is dead as the soap has failed to give an update on the hostage situation.
Taking to X, one person asked: “Can we talk about how Bianca is still locked up in that garage pls.”
A second exclaimed: “Bianca anyone?#EastEnders”, followed by a photo of skeleton. A third chimed in: “Thinking about Bianca surviving two weeks on a sandwich #eastenders.”
“Has everyone forgot about poor old Bianca, assume Reiss is popping off everyday to see to her, nobody’s become suspicious”, added one viewer.
“BIANCA BETTER NOT BE DEAD OHMYGOD #Eastenders”, stated another.
