Emmerdale child stars Gabrielle and Sebastian Dowling have just turned 18 years old, and now we feel ancient.
The twins worked together on the ITV soap as Cathy and Heath Hope, until Heath was killed off at the beginning of 2024, with Sebastian leaving the role.
After Cathy, Heath and Angelica King (Rebecca Bakes) went joyriding in a car, tragedy struck when Angel crashed, tragically killing Heath.
This caused huge tension between Cathy and dad Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw), who believed that his daughter was responsible for Heath’s death for a long time.
In recent scenes, Angel returned to the village after a stint in a juvenile detention centre, and managed to make amends with Bob.
Now, the cast of Emmerdale have reunited to celebrate Sebastian and Gabrielle’s milestone birthday.
The twins were joined by Arthur Thomas actor Alfie Clarke, April Windsor actress Amelia Flanagan, Wendy Posner star Susan Cookson and Rebecca Bakes.
In a picture posted to Gabrielle’s Instagram, the co-stars posed for a picture, and Sebastian was almost unrecognisable as he sported a much shorter hairstyle to his Dales counterpart.
Fellow Emmerdale star Michelle Hardwick, who plays Vanessa Woodfield, was quick to comment on the post, labelling it: ‘Beautiful.’
