Emmerdale To Air Special Episode For Cain & Moira’s Struggle, Will She Survive The Ordeal?
Not too long ago, on Emmerdale, we found out about Moira Dingle’s brain tumor. It was a heartbreaking diagnosis, and it explained why she had been acting the way she had been acting. Unfortunately, the explanation brought no relief to anyone. Least of all to Cain Dingle. Ever since his wife’s diagnosis, he has been living in the constant fear of losing her.
They both know that the next step for Moira Dingle is to get surgery. However, Emmerdale spoilers confirm that the surgery won’t be an easy one and comes with a huge risk. The spoilers also reveal that the time to face the fears has come. Moira is all set to have her brain tumor surgery next week.
The ITV soap will air a special episode next week as Moira Dingle goes in for surgery. She had previously declined the first surgery date as it was clashing with Zak Dingle’s funeral. She even tried to hide the truth from Cain because she did not want to add to his stress. Moreover, she wanted to stand in her husband’s support as he said his final goodbye to his father.
Now that the rescheduled date is just around the corner, both – Moira and Cain, are trying to wrap their heads around the worst-case scenario. Cain is struggling to face the possibility that he may end up losing Moira forever. The upcoming special episode follows Moira’s brain surgery and how Cain copes with the day as he anxiously waits for news.
Interestingly, Cain’s storyline will air in reverse chronology. So that will add a new flavor to the way the soap tells the storylines usually. It will all begin with Caleb finding a drunk Cain with bloodied hands. But what led to these scary circumstances?
“We firstly dramatize Moira’s experience as she undergoes the operation before breaking with soap form and playing the second half of the episode in reverse order to reveal Cain’s journey, whilst Moira was in theatre,” producer Sophie Roper teased.
This really sounds like a thrilling tale that fans just do not want to miss. So
