Deadly New Year disaster ‘confirmed’ as EastEnders fans spot shocking clue
EastEnders fans think they’ve worked out a tragic New Year’s Day storyline for the BBC soap after spotting several clues.
This week, Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) and Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) announced that they plan to tie the knot on New Year’s Day, after getting engaged earlier this year.
Despite the fact that the pair are now at odds, with Eve having finally discovered the truth about Keanu’s death, fans think the wedding will still go ahead – but it won’t be a happy affair.
In October, director Christopher McGill took to Twitter/X while filming the New Year’s episodes to offer sneaky teasers to fans, which threw up more questions than answers.
One hashtag he used was an ominous #EndofthePier, which has got Sukeve fans thinking.
Suki and Eve have often talked about going to Brighton, with Eve having lots of friends there. EastEnders fan Rachel recalled Christopher’s tweet after recent episodes and suggested that Suki and Eve may be set to have their wedding in the seaside town.
However, that wasn’t the only thing that Christopher alluded to.
He also made reference to crossing railway lines, which sparked an interesting theory from EastEnders fan Sammy…
Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) is currently in prison, having taken the rap for Keanu’s murder – but could he be set to escape to take his final revenge on Suki and Eve?
‘Ok Suki, Eve and all the wedding guests are getting the train to Brighton for the wedding. Nish has somehow got out of prison by then. He pulls the emergency stop, stranding them. Another train comes and crashes into them,’ Sammy’s theory read.
Could these EastEnders fans be onto something? Are Suki and Eve set for a disaster wedding day that could end in tragedy?
