Amelia Spencer’s death at Tom King’s hands ‘confirmed’ in Emmerdale after fans spot horror clue
Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) is set to leave Emmerdale later this year, and fans have spotted a horrifying clue that may point to how she exits.
Fans fear that the young character is set to be murdered by the evil Tom King (James Chase), after a previous episode of the ITV soap.
Last month, Emmerdale aired a special episode that saw Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) debate how to escape abusive husband Tom.
Viewers saw her imagine three different scenarios, all of which had different outcomes.
In one terrifying vision, Amelia ended up moving in with Tom, only to experience the same abuse that Bell had faced.
Tragically, Amelia ended up being killed by Tom, who pushed her down the stairs.
Now, fans are wondering if this was foreshadowing for her exit later this year.
‘Wondering if Tom kills Amelia in Emmerdale and this is how she exits,’ Christina wrote on Twitter/X.
‘So Amelia is sadly leaving Emmerdale I think she will finally realise Tom is evil like Belle has said and can’t stay in the village as no one will want to speak to her for what he’s done OR Tom kills her…. They are my top guesses at the moment,’ Mike suggested.
With Amelia and Tom still seeing each other in the ITV soap, is Amelia at risk?
Speaking about her exit, actress Daisy Campbell told The Mirror: ‘It wasn’t my choice to leave Emmerdale and it was a shock at first.’
‘Being in Emmerdale is all I have ever known. I’ve spent the whole of my childhood growing up in the soap and it felt daunting.
‘Once they explained, I totally got it,’ she said.
‘Amelia isn’t part of the Dingles, her dad has left, Samson has gone now and she doesn’t have any family. There is nowhere to take Amelia and I understand that. I feel incredibly lucky to have been in the soap for 13 years and to have been handed so many opportunities at such a young age.’
