Murderous showdown as seven major EastEnders characters face the end
It’s crunch time for The Six in EastEnders as evil Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) knows the truth about Keanu’s murder – and will do whatever it takes to twist the knife.
Blackmailing Suki (Balvinder Sopal) with the knowledge, she has no choice but to let him back into her life.
But a tense showdown in the Vic ends the week on Halloween and, given more than one person in the room is a killer, things are bound to spiral out of control.
Will fates be sealed?
Elsewhere in Walford, Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) continues to struggle in the wake of being reported and things remain frosty with Alfie Moon (Shane Richie).
But before long, there’s a thawing…
Monday October 28
Nish starts to grow suspicious of The Six after he overhears a clandestine chat between Kathy and Suki, and later rumbles the women’s group meet at No.41 where they try to remember their statements from Christmas.
Nish is adamant something is awry, but the women insist they have nothing to hide.
Nish insists on travelling with the group to the police station where he and the women are re-interviewed by DCI Arthurs on the events of Christmas.
Later, Nish heads to No.41, convinced Suki is hiding something. Suki reels as Nish confronts her about the truth.
Jean is consumed by guilt for talking to social services, and heads back to No.31 after an ill-timed comment from Kathy in the café.
Stacey convinces Jean to remain silent, but she’s later shamefaced when she spots a tense conversation between Alfie, Kat and Bianca on the Square.
Alfie reassures Jean on her actions, but it all gets too much when Elaine continues to probe for gossip at The Vic, and Jean accidentally offends Kojo.
Elsewhere, Harvey attempts to cook Jean dinner on advice from Kathy, but Jean eats with Kojo in The Vic to apologise.
Elsewhere, it’s clear that Avani is still rocked by the events of last week but she puts on a front. Martin is floored when Honey and Billy reveal the market is at risk of redevelopment.
Tuesday October 29
Suki invites the rest of The Six to No.41 on false pretences on Nish’s orders, and it’s not long before things escalate as the women learn their secret is no longer safe.
Suki decides to take matters in her own hands and sends the rest of the women home, but it soon becomes clear that Nish will not be easily bought.
Harvey waits for Jean to join him back at No.31 before he heads off to No.45 to speak to Kathy.
Kojo saves the day when Harvey and Jean have a heart to heart.
Martin, Honey and Billy hold a crisis meeting in The Vic with the market traders as they discuss the possibility of the abolishment of the market and the Square Gardens. Ian is summoned, and reveals the councils plans.
Things soon escalate when the punters learn that Junior has been given the prospective contract for the job.
Wednesday October 30
At No.41, Suki rejects Stacey’s calls as she prepares for the worst – Nish is moving back into No.41.
Stacey convinces Harvey to go easy on Jean and the pair later reconcile at No.31 when Jean makes a gesture. The pair are interrupted by Kojo who arrives with a gift for Jean, and Harvey makes his excuses to visit Kathy at No.45.
It’s tense between Kat and Alfie in the Minute Mart. Alfie comforts Kat, and the pair later head to The Vic.
Thursday October 31
It’s Halloween, and trouble is brewing as the everyone prepares to celebrate the occasion at The Vic. Elaine asks Kojo to wear George’s costume and he gladly accepts. Denise arrives to speak to Linda about Nish. The rest of The Six reel at The Vic after closing, as they await their fate…
Avani has some difficult questions for Nish. Later, Nish summons The Six to meet him in The Vic…
