Emmerdale viewers think a former Tate could be returning to the show for the first time in years to take down Kim Tate, after Peter was seen making a cryptic phone call
Viewers think they have rumbled a huge return on Emmerdale, after a cryptic scene with Peter.
Someone is out to get Kim Tate with Peter’s help, with her husband Will Taylor also dragged into the mystery scheme. After a mystery phone call, Peter told someone that operation destroy Kim is up and running.
Amid speculation Joe Tate or Kim’s son Jamie Tate could be heading back to the show to take her down, a new theory suggests a Tate who hasn’t been seen in decades could be about to make a comeback. Kim and Will’s feud came to a disastrous point last week when Will almost died at the hands of Ross Barton.
Since then Kim and Will have declared their love for one another and have decided to reunite. But Will’s been exposed to viewers for teaming up with Peter to take down Kim.
Peter’s motives remain unclear given he’s been her financial advisor for months, seemingly to get close to her. It seems the person on the other end of the phone is the main culprit wanting revenge.
Will had changed his mind of the reunion, only for Peter to threaten him. Then after a chat with Ross, Will decided he still wanted to destroy Kim and take everything she had.

Viewers actually think Kim is targeting Will too but of course she has no idea about Peter or the mystery person targeting her. Now, fans think they know who it could be.
After initially deciding it had to be her son Jamie wanting revenge, as he blamed her for his life going off the rails, fans are now unsure. They also don’t think it’s Joe amid return hopes, despite Kim ordering his death years ago.
Now, fans think it could be Zoe Tate’s daughter Jean wanting to take her down. Viewers are speculating it could be the character, last seen as a child in 2005, who is after Home Farm and the rest.
Jean left with her mother Zoe back in 2005, and was thought to be living in New Zealand. She hasn’t really been mentioned or heard from since, so might we finally see the long-lost Tate back in the village to take down Kim?
