Spoilers have revealed there’s big twists and moments on Emmerdale next week, including a possible death.
One teenager faces a life-threatening altercation as she’s dragged into one criminal’s dodgy dealings with new villain Jade. There’s secrets still under wraps for the Miligans, and it could lead to a sad double exit.
Elsewhere soap legend Eric Pollard is in turmoil and he leaves his loved ones concern. But he soon drops a bombshell that could change everything.
There’s also some other spoilers currently under wraps – but more on that later on! For now, what we can reveal is that it’s a trying time in the village next week, with more than one family facing heartache.
Young April Windsor will reconnect with former pal and her mother Donna’s ex Ross Barton. Jade is after Ross, with the boxing promotor believing he is the one who stole thousands of pounds from her weeks earlier – while fans know this was Mack Boyd.
So with innocent Ross not paying up and ignoring her threats, she turns nasty and kidnaps poor April after uncovering the pair’s connection. Not only that, but she enacts a cruel plan that sees Ross face his worst nightmares after trauma from his past.

Ross must face this past as he’s led to the very place Donna died in 2014, with Ross there when it happened. Speeding there in Billy Fletcher’s car, he goes alone to rescue April but he’s left haunted by flashbacks of what happened all those years ago.
When he gets there, April is being held over the edge of the multi-storey carpark, fearing for her life. As April screams out, dangled by one of Jade’s heavies, Jade continues to demand the money he doesn’t have – so will April die?
Elsewhere, and Eric’s word comes crashing down around him as he’s forced to make a devastating confession. After his recent influx of money and a looming admission about that, it seems more has been revealed and it’s linked to cryptocurrency.
Eric is concerned when the cryptocurrency isn’t showing in his account, and soon his partner Brenda Walker is panicked when her account has no money in it. Eric lies to Brenda that her missing money is due to a technical glitch.
When he starts being reckless with the shop’s money and is keen to place a bet on a horse, concerned Liam Cavanagh tries to stop him and they clash. Brenda soon questions Eric’s behaviour, with her fearing they have lost everything and that it could be down to his Parkinson’s medication.
