Emmerdale viewers think they’ve worked out a huge Tom King (James Chase) twist – and it involves his solicitor friend Ollie (Alistair Toovey).

Tom’s wife Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) is currently facing the prospect of spending time behind bars after she viciously attacked him with an axe in self-defence.

As a result, the Dingle clan are racing against time to compile evidence against him.

Even Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) is starting to turn on her nephew, with his true colours slowly coming to light when she discovered he’d smashed up the tablet that contained vital evidence that proved he’d been watching Belle’s every move.

Tom does have one person on his side though – Ollie, his solicitor, with them plotting to keep him out of prison and make his wife look like the guilty party.

More recently, Tom was found bruised and bloody, with it transpiring that he’d got his pal to attack him and frame Sam Dingle (James Hooton).

Poor Sam has also been blamed for the damage done to the abuser’s car.

It seems that the pair go way back, with Tom alluding to knowing a secret about him that could be exposed should Ollie get on the wrong side of him.

Whatever it is, fans’ tongues have been wagging on social media as they try to work out the big twist.

‘He has something on the Solicitor ..to do with drugs I suspect listening to the conversation ..’ said one Emmerdale viewer on X.

‘He’s got a nasty secret’ added another.

‘I reckon he’s been caught abusing in the past and got away with it’ speculated another.

Will Belle finally get justice?
