EastEnders Linda’s fate ‘sealed’ after Keanu’s murder is rumbled – but she won’t die
Linda is facing a troubling fate after Nish Panesar finally uncovered the truth about Keanu's death this Monday. But amid theories she could die, another outcome is still possible.
Nish Panesar may have one last plan in mind to make Suki pay for leaving him – and it will involve Linda Carter.
As his health continues to deteriorate, the EastEnders villain played by Navin Chowdhry is determined to get the last word in his ongoing feud with estranged wife Suki Panesar (portrayed by Balvinder Sopal) – and scenes aired this Monday (October 28) on BBC One, may have given him the leverage he needed.
The treacherous businessman has suspected Suki to be involved in the death of Keanu Taylor for several months but after catching her in the company of Denise Fox (Diane Parish), and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), he decided to dig deeper, only for Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) to walk into No.41 by confessing she was tired of keeping secrets.
This was enough for Nish to sense the group of women knew something he didn’t about Keanu’s murder and this was eventually confirmed when he figured out Suki and her accomplices were suspects during a chat with the police.

Things went from bad to worse for the Six this Monday when the villain then got to the bottom of things by stealing Suki’s phone to manipulate Kathy into divulging all her secrets to him. None the wiser, Kathy fell head first into Nish’s trap, telling him that Linda had stabbed Keanu to death in a bid to protect Sharon Watts.
Concern has been at an all-time high among viewers of the London-based programme as many soap fans have speculated that Linda could be killed off in upcoming scenes after catching a glimpse of funeral scenes, which featured the pub landlady’s favourite shade of pink – but what if there was more to the scenes?
A new theory suggests that Nish may exert pressure over the Six and agree to keep their secret on the one condition Suki leaves her partner Eve (Heather Peace) to give their marriage another chance. But as she struggles to cover all her tracks, Linda’s downfall may be inevitable but Suki may come up with a plan to save her from prison.
In this scenario, Suki – who would be forcing herself to stay with Nish despite her unhappiness – may ask Nish to help Linda fake her death to avoid prison and remain by her young children’s sides. Although he is an undeniably dangerous villain, Nish may agree to this and help Linda escape repercussions. Unfortunately, with nothing to lose, Nish is also highly likely to betray the Six and turn them in.
While it’s likely Nish is on his way out, as actor Navin Chowdhry was said to have quit EastEnders, his past antics have proven the villain is capable of anything – even trying to kill his own son. But how will his own swan song play out?
