Emmerdale bombshell unrecognisable six years after kinky on screen se.x romp with Andy Sugden & character’s brutal death
The actress made a lasting impression in the Dales thanks to her character's randy antics
EMMERDALE star Louise Marwood looks completely unrecognisable from her time on the soap as the manipulative Chrissie White.
The actress appeared on the soap from 2014 to 2018, where she made waves across the village thanks to her randy antics.
This included seducing her husband Robert Sugden’s adoptive brother, Andy, having a literal roll in the hay with him in the Home Farm Barn.
The character was defined by her dark brown bob, but nowadays actress Louise looks totally unrecognisable, trading the signature look for long blonde locks and a block fringe.
In August, she went to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to star in show Rita Lynn: Life Coach.
Clearly, Louise is living a life a million miles away from her conniving Emmerdale counterpart.
On the soap, Chrissie was prepared to do anything for her son, Lachlan – despite his increasingly erratic and troubling behaviour.
She later framed Andy after Lachlan shot her supposed father, Lawrence White.
Chrissie nearly succeeded too – with Andy being arrested and facing trial for the attempted murder of Lawrence.
When he escaped, Andy and Chrissie had a standoff at Home Farm, with her cutting herself to make it look like he had attempted to hurt her, forcing him to go on the run.
Pub landlady Diane eventually got her to confess by holding her at gunpoint.
She left the soap in 2018 after a grisly car accident during a high speed car chase.
Lawrence and Chrissie had planned to leave Yorkshire for a new life in Australia, taking Lachlan, Rebecca and Rebecca’s newborn son, Sebastian with them.
However, Sebastian’s dad Robert stole the baby and took off in a car in order to keep him in the UK with him.
As the White family chased after them, Lachlan, who had become suicidal after his break-up with Belle Dingle, grabbed hold of the steering wheel, crashing the car into a van.
The accident killed both Chrissie and Larence, and left Rebecca seriously injured.
