But who exactly is Stephanie and do we know if she will debut on the ITV soap amid some shocking theories? Stephanie Miligan is thought to be the firstborn of Ruby and Caleb.
She is the sister of Nicky Miligan, and is a relative of the Tates and the Dingles. Stephanie had barely been mentioned on the show until now, only mentioned by her grandmother Helen.
