Emmerdale legend disowned by family as raging inferno leaves lives hanging in the balance
Emmerdale are lining up an epic stunt week, as Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) sets fire to Butler’s Farm amid her worrying health issues.
It all comes off the back of her awkward encounter with step-son Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter), who is contemplating leaving the village after five years.
With his whole clan disowning him, estranged wife Tracey (Amy Walsh) is forced to make a huge decision over her future. Will she join him in Shetland?
Elsewhere, scheming Caleb Miligan (William Ash) and his wife Ruby (Beth Cordingly) find the whole situation thoroughly entertaining, though both find themselves in a precarious situation after being wound up in Moira’s dramas.
As Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) prepares to meet his blackmailer, could we finally find out who they are?
Plus, there’s drama aplenty as very-much deceased villain Emma Barton (Gillian Kearney) returns from the dead… sort of.
Here’s Metro.co.uk’s guide to all of the dales drama from next week…
Moira ‘keeps the home-fires burning’
Cain is full of fury when he hears about Moira’s intimate moment with Nate from scheming Caleb. When she plays down the incident, he struggles to believe the truth and her mood suddenly switches.
Nate doesn’t know which way to turn when his dad shows up looking for an explanation, and when Cain returns to Butler’s Farm she’s dismayed to learn that he’s been at the receiving end of an infamous Dingle punch-up.
Shocked and stressed, she slaps Cain and returns to work.
Later, in the barn, Ruby calls by to taunt Moira over her ailing marriage but is concerned when she acts dazed and confused. In a moment of madness, she starts to spill oil all over the floor and her hands before hearing the voice of her old arch-enemy Emma Barton.
Believing that Emma is back in the room, she aims a shotgun at Ruby and padlocks the door.
A gunshot fires out and into the air, hitting a light bulb and causing a spark to trigger an inferno throughout the farm building. Fearing for her life, Ruby jumps at Moira to grab the gun and is knocked unconscious to the floor.
She quickly wakes up to the situation, and as she sits on the ground beside Ruby’s body, she has no idea how she’ll get out of the situation.
Elsewhere, Mackenzie spots smoke billowing in the distance and jumps on a quad bike over to Butler’s. He and John attempt to get inside as the rest of the family charge over.
Chas attempts to stop Cain from dashing inside the burning building – but as a huge explosion knocks everyone to the ground, will everyone make it out alive?
Will prepares for the worst…
Over at Home Farm, Will is still panicking about his affair with Rose being exposed and is on edge as he prepares to meet his fate.
As he waits in a lay-by to meet his blackmailer, Caleb informs him of the nearby fire and he’s forced to accompany him to Butler’s.
He quickly hides the blackmail money, but has missed the drop and receives a menacing message that leaves him struggling to contain his anguish as he supports the Dingles.
Tracy makes a BIG decision
As we know, Nate ends up on the wrong side of Cain after what Caleb told him about his altercation with Moira.
Tracy on the other hand is similarly upset after previously contemplating moving to Shetland with Nate. Is this all over?
