Rhona Goskirk’s daring move in Emmerdale leaves her loved ones shocked and it’s quite something
Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) is set to make a daring move in upcoming Emmerdale scenes, and it leaves her whole family in shock.
It’s fair to say that Rhona is having a difficult time at the moment, with her marriage to Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) on the rocks.
Marlon and Rhona have been struggling ever since Gus Malcolms (Alan McKenna) came back into their lives, having stolen Rhona’s embryos to have a baby with wife Lucy.
When Lucy later died in childbirth, Rhona grew attached to baby Ivy, and ended up attempting to kidnap her.
After being found not guilty of her own crime, Rhona was relieved when Gus was sent to prison for stealing her embryos – though Marlon didn’t share her sentiments.
With Rhona having changed her victim impact statement at the last minute, Marlon grew concerned by how often she was making serious decisions without consulting him, or thinking about how it may impact the family.
Since then, the couple have struggled to keep their marriage in tact, with a huge argument erupting at Belle Dingle and Tom King’s (Eden Taylor-Draper and James Chase) dinner party.
More recently, Marlon interrupted a conversation between Rhona and vicar Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin) about getting Ivy christened, and was once again left furious at being left out of the decision-making.
Following the incident, Marlon confided in best buddy Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) that he was considering a divorce, while Rhona paid Gus a visit.
Eventually, Marlon and Rhona agreed to save their relationship, though in upcoming scenes she once again leaves him stunned.
Rhona is set to strike up a close friendship with Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley), leaving Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) feeling pushed out.
Mandy is notoriously wild and spontaneous, and it is clear that these aspects of her personality are set to rub off on Rhona, who decides to get a new tattoo.
Instead of revealing it to Marlon privately, she shows the whole Woolpack. How will he react?
