Emmerdale Ethan’s death ‘sealed’ in savage murder twist with eerie comment
Emmerdale's Ethan Anderson is fighting for his life next week after being deliberately run over by a mystery person, but the soap might have foreshadowed his death already
Emmerdale’s latest episode hinted at a tragic end for Ethan Anderson – and it’s not what you might be expecting.
The character, played by Emile John, is set to collapse and fight for his life in upcoming scenes, following a deliberate hit-and-run incident. The drama unfolds as Nicky Miligan’s family seeks revenge on Ethan for leaving Nicky to die in a drink-driving accident.
Ethan had crashed the car while both he and Nicky were intoxicated, resulting in Nicky suffering a severe head injury. Despite pulling Nicky from the wreckage, Ethan fled the scene without calling for help.
With Nicky now in a coma, his family is desperate for Ethan to face justice. Although Ethan could be facing jail time for his actions, it seems this isn’t enough for some.
Tuesday night (May 21) may have ominously foreshadowed Ethan’s fate and suggested Ruby and Caleb Miligan could try and kill him. The pair were furious at seeing Ethan acting as if nothing happened and confronted him about Nicky’s uncertain future.
Their heated exchange, particularly Ruby’s comments, could hint that they will try and run him over. Caleb expressed his desire to see Ethan suffer immediately, rather than in prison – a sentiment Ruby agreed with.
She ominously warned: “If Nicky doesn’t pull through he’s gonna wish he was dead.” Is this a massive clue about what’s in store for Ethan after his own brush with death?
The identity of who hits Ethan remains a mystery, but we do know he’s seriously injured. However, he seems to be on the mend next week as he’s seen up and around.
But then, out of nowhere, he collapses and while it’s not confirmed, it could be linked to his accident. Manpreet Sharma is seen fighting desperately to revive her stepson at home, performing CPR as Charles Anderson, Ethan’s dad, braces for the worst.
