Emmerdale newcomer Ella Forster hides life-changing secret from Liam Cavanagh as romance heats up
Emmerdale fans are convinced Ella is secretly related to a villager
EMMERDALE newcomer Ella Forster hides a worrying secret from Liam Cavanagh in upcoming scenes.
The character arrived in the village earlier this year, and is played by former Coronation Street actress, Paula Lane.
Ella quickly landed herself a job at the doctors surgery, and almost as quickly, began flirting with doctor Liam.
However, things were complicated by Liam’s fling with Chas Dingle and her subsequent breast cancer diagnosis, with the GP torn between the two women.
But in the end, he ended up with Ella, even though his heart was with Chas.
In upcoming scenes, the couple have an unusual date at the Scrapyard.
Ella and Liam are smitten as they settle down to wine and a picnic, and share a kiss as they enjoy each others company.
But the next day, Ella feels overwhelmed by the speed at which her relationship is progressing.
Will she open up to Liam? Or is there more to her feelings than meets the eye?
Emmerdale fans have been become convinced there’s more to Ella than meets the eye, and she is hiding a big secret.
Her odd behaviour and comments about ‘past friends’ have led Emmerdale fans to be suspicious that she has a secret connection to the village and has moved there for a reason.
Most recently, viewers have started speculating that she is actually fellow newcomer Rose’s daughter, and Dawn Taylor’s half sister.
Taking to social media, one person shared: “I think she’s linked to Rose and Will.”
Another joked: “And now here’s Will’s other daughter” as Ella came on screen.
A third added: “I agree I actually think Ella and Dawn look alike possibly siblings.”
Someone else added: “A lot of people were saying that before. I’m now going with people saying Dawn’s mum is her mum too.”
Emmerdale airs on ITV1 and is available on ITVX.
