Emmerdale double split ‘sealed’ in chaotic dinner party as Tom King takes things too far

Emmerdale fans are in for an explosive night of drama as Tom King locks horns with Belle Dingle during a tense dinner party - but they may not be the only couple hitting the rocks

Emmerdale fans are in for an explosive week in the ITV village as two couples are set to split after a dramatic dinner party, AI claims.

Over the past few months, fans have seen Tom (played by James Chase) attempt to manipulate and control his wife, Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper). It’s fair to say the newly wed has cranked his worrying behaviour up a notch over the past few weeks after he spotted a bubbling friendship between his new wife and Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson).

The TV villain then made it his mission to squash their blossoming friendship and has continually isolated her from her friends and family in the village. And his horrific behaviour has started to spill into his work-life after the budding vet accidentally misdiagnosed a dog with cancer in the surgery.

The trainee vet incorrectly informed the owners that their furry friend should be put down, despite not running any tests. Thankfully it turned out the pooch simply had an abscess that needed draining – but his mistake certainly ruffled a few feathers in the surgery.

Now, Daily Star has quizzed one of the most ‘creative’ AI tools to see if this could be the breaking point for the newlyweds.

When quizzed about the imminent meal, Gemini told us: “There’s a good chance Belle and Tom will split up on Emmerdale after the dinner party. Their storyline has been building towards this for a while, and the dinner seems to be a tipping point.

“The show has been highlighting Tom’s controlling behaviour towards Belle throughout their relationship. The dinner party might showcase this even more. There have been hints that Belle isn’t happy, like her tearful reaction while chopping onions.”

But they may not be the only couple whose relationship is set to hit the rocks at the fateful dinner. Also joining them at the dinner table is Rhona and her partner Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock).

The power couple have locked horns countless times over the last month following the recent battle over custody of her daughter Ivy against her former flame Gus Marlon (Alan McKenna). Her ex-partner illegally used one of their frozen embryos with his new girlfriend when they struggled to conceive a child naturally.

When his partner died during childbirth, the pair fought it out for custody of the newborn, with Marlon supporting his wife all the way. But things took a turn for the worse when she kidnapped the youngster after Gus told her his plans to move to France.

It was at this point that Rhona and Gus went to court over kidnapping charges and embryos theft. Thankfully, Rhona avoided time behind bars whereas Gus was slapped with a custodial sentence.

Since then, Marlon and Rhona have continued to fight as they adjust to their new life as parents to a newborn. Ahead of the fiery dinner date, we asked AI if Marlon and Rhona could separate too.

It was at this point that Gemini confirmed there is a “strong possibility” Emmerdale viewers could see the separation of two couples this week. The system claimed: “There is a strong possibility that Marlon and Rhona will split up on Emmerdale after the dinner party.

“They couple have been struggling in their marriage due to Rhona’s decision in Gus Malcom’s court case, which angered Marlon. This underlying tension makes the dinner a volatile situation.”

Emmerdale viewers will have to stay tuned to find out what will happen at the tense dinner party. Emmerdale airs on weeknights from 7.30pm on ITV1 or catch up on ITVX.
