Emmerdale ‘confirms’ Tom King caught out as jail time is ‘sealed’ for villain in 22 pictures
Emmerdale serves up more twists next week, with the aftermath of a brutal attack, not to mention a prison sentence facing one villain square in the eye, as confirmed in Metro’s new picture gallery.
Viewers of the ITV soap have been desperate to see Tom King (James Chase) get his comeuppance but I’m sorry to report that you’ll have to wait a little while longer, with the abuser committing more dastardly acts next week.
Though that’s not to say that his behaviour doesn’t raise eyebrows and garner questions.
Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) is assaulted and left to die by Tom in upcoming scenes but, thankfully, my picture gallery for next week’s episodes confirms that the much-loved character pulls through.
Phew!
Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) is horrified to see best mate Vinny battered and bruised and makes it her mission to care for him which, as you can imagine, doesn’t go down too well with vile Tom.
The vet desperately tries to come up with another plan to drive a wedge between the pals and soon he has an idea, claiming that he wants to find Vinny a girlfriend – and thus resolves to set him up with Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham)!
Belle is left uncomfortable by the whole thing, especially because Tom makes it quite clear that he’s enjoying spending time with Gabby.
Can he just be caught out now please and thank you?
Speaking of men in need of getting their comeuppance, Gus Malcolms (Alan McKenna) unexpectedly stops by Smithy Cottage to assure Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) and Mary Goskirk (Louise Jameson) that they’ll still be a part of Ivy’s life if he gets a lighter sentence.
Marlon, however, struggles to believe him, while Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) is upset as she’s forced to hand Ivy over to Gus, with the pair agreeing to put their child first.
On the day of the sentencing, Rhona reads her statement, but just what will she have to say about the man who stole her embryos?
It’s going to be a week to watch!
Emmerdale airs these scenes between Monday, April 22 and Friday, April 26 at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
