Emmerdale star Michelle Hardwick reunites with show legend who quit after 11 years
Emmerdale‘s Michelle Hardwick had a wholesome reunion with former co-star Fiona Wade.
The Vanessa Woodfield actress, 48, took to Instagram to share a group photo of her and her wife Kate Brooks watching Fiona in2.22 A Ghost Story.
She penned: Had an absolute ball watching this talented bunch in the fabulous 2:22 A Ghost Story. So incredibly proud of my bestie @fionawade1 being amazing as usual. Try and catch it if you can!’
Fiona plays the role of Jenny, who has been previously played by EastEnders star Louisa Lytton, Jaime Winstone, Lily Allen and Cheryl.
Fiona’s character Priya Kotecha departed the Dales for a new life in London after being offered an exciting job.
It came after a distressing event at Take A Vow, when a small fire reminded Priya of the devastating incident in a maze fire that had left her permanently scarred.

The episode ended with an emotional scene that saw Priya and her daughter Amba bid their family farewell, before driving off to begin their new adventure.
As for Michelle, her and wife Kate have been married since 2019, and share children Teddy and Betty.
Kate is set to take over the role of Corrie Producer from Acting Producer Verity MacLeod, who recently took over from Iain MacLeod.
During her time working at Emmerdale, Kate was responsible for producing award-winning storylines alongside Laura Shaw and former Executive Producer Jane Hudson.
In recent months, Kate has produced Paddy Kirk’s (Dominic Brunt) mental health storyline, as well as Chas Dingle’s (Lucy Pargeter) breast cancer diagnosis.
Discussing her new role, Kate enthused: ‘I’ve had a wonderful time working on Emmerdale and I feel immensely proud to be part of a team that has achieved such great success over the past eight years. I’ve absolutely loved my time on the show, and I’ve had the privilege of working with such a hugely talented and hard-working bunch of people, who also happen to be the loveliest, too.’
