Emmerdale’s Meena star unrecognisable after epic body transformation in tiny bra
Former Emmerdale actress Paige Sandhu looked completely unlike her serial killer soap character Meena Jutla as she posed up a storm in a tiny bra and gym leggings
Ex-Emmerdale actress Paige Sandhu looked incredible as she showed off her epic body transformation in a sweaty gym snap.
The ITV soap star looked a far cry from her serial killer character Meena Jutla, who left the Dales in a prison van after being convicted of killing Leanna Cavanagh, Andrea Tate and Ben Tucker – along with slaying her own dad and ex best friend Nadine.
In a new snap posted to Instagram, Paige knelt on a red gym mat while holding her phone up to snap a mirror selfie, with exercise equipment visible in the background. She donned a purple leopard-print sports bra to show off a strip of tanned tummy and a pair of clinging geometric-print leggings.
With her brunette tresses worn loose around her shoulders, Paige went make-up free as she pouted for the camera, explaining she’s been undergoing a total transformation since her soap exit. In a candid message to fans, she wrote: “I’m really, really enjoying this coaching programme with @lh_training that I’ve been doing for the past 2 months.
She went on: “I’m excited to see the continued improvements and the feeling of taking care of myself and my body is damn damn good. I’ve been wanting to have support with my workout journey because honestly I’m clueless! And the constant support with Lloyd is my absolute favourite part of this process.”
Paige went on to share a promo code with her fans, who rushed to the comments section to praise her incredible new look. One gushed: “You’re looking incredible Paige!” While another agreed: “You look absolutely amazing.”
A third fan said: “A dream of a girl, absolutely gorgeous.” As someone else branded Paige: “So pretty – my favourite actor in the world.”
The transformation snap marked Paige’s first social media post since May 2023. She also hasn’t racked up any more acting credits since her 2022 Emmerdale exit, though according to IMDb she’s set to star in a film called Lioness, currently in pre-production. She’ll be starring as Princess Sophia in the new release.
Inspired by research by historian Peter Bance, the film follows Queen Victoria’s goddaughter Princess Sophia Duleep Singh, who was a key figure in the UK’s suffragette movement. Two narratives will be set side by side in the movie, with Sophia’s juxtaposed with an immigrant woman living in Southall in 1990.
