ITV Emmerdale rumble what receptionist Ella Forster is really hiding after spotting clue
Emmerdale fans are convinced they know what Ella Forster - played by Paula Lane - is really up to in the village after she joined the ITV soap recently
Emmerdale fans are sure they’ve worked out what newbie Ella Forster is hiding on the ITV soap.
Ella – played by former Coronation Street star Paula Lane – joined the soap when she defended Mandy Dingle from her boss a few weeks back. Whilst it ended up with her being sacked from her job, she quickly found herself in the heart of the village as she took up a new job as receptionist at the surgery.
Tonight, she bumped into Dawn in the Woolpack, who happened to mention that Meena had ruined her wedding day to Billy. When Ella remarked that she was starting to think the village wasn’t the place to be, Dawn and Billy joked about the village’s history and their connection to serial killers, murders and much more.
Fans are concerned Ella is ‘too nice’
Later, Dawn mentioned Meena in front of Liam, with no idea that she had killed Liam’s daughter. Horrified, he rushed off and she was devastated that she had upset him with her comment.
Now fans are convinced Ella has something big to hide, with one writing: “Something’s going on with Dawn & Ella… it seems too good to be true. #emmerdale.” A second added: “Ella will be in bed with billy next week #Emmerdale,” with a third sharing: “Please don’t tell me Ella and Billy will go on to have an affair #Emmerdale.”
Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy, previously teased there was “more to come” for Ella. Lisa wrote: “THANK YOU for all your lovely comments about Mandy & Ella’s new friendship…… @paula_laney playing Ella, is a b****y joy to work with, and is full of fun, which ALWAYS works. We have more to come soon….so keep watching #emmerdale.”
Paula also teased there were “big plans” for Ella going forward. She shared: “I’m so excited to be joining the cast of Emmerdale. Everyone has been so welcoming and I can’t wait to start a new chapter playing the role of Ella. I’ve already heard there are big plans for her and I can’t wait to see her navigate a new life in the village.”
However, fans are convinced Ella is hiding a big secret and with the mention of serial killer Meena Jutla, some viewers are convinced Ella is keeping something from the residents and could be the next Meena.
Meena was played by Paige Sandhu, who eventually made an exit from the soap several months ago when she was jailed for the murders of multiple residents. The mention also begs the question if Meena will return one day too.
