Emmerdale’s Belle Dingle and Tom King’s wedding day set to end in disaster
On the day of Belle and Tom’s wedding, Tom hasn’t answered her calls, so Belle doesn’t even know if the wedding will take place.
ITV soap opera spoilers have revealed that one family’s meddling will cause an Emmerdale wedding to end tragically in upcoming scenes.
James Chase’s character Belle Dingle, played by Eden Taylor Draper, surprises Tom King a few days before their wedding by declaring she does not wish to adopt his last name.
After giving her justification, Tom is disappointed. The following day, Belle agrees to become Mrs. King because she wants to make Tom happy and he can’t seem to get over his disappointment.
As Belle gets ready for her Valentine’s Day wedding in front of the entire village, plans are quickly being made for her hen night at Wishing Well.
Due to her parents’ absence, Belle is emotional before her wedding and even thinks of calling off the ceremony.
This infuriates Tom, who tells her that neither of his parents will be present either and storms off. As Tom continues to disregard her calls on the day of the wedding, Belle hasn’t heard from him and is unsure if the wedding is still going to happen. Belle is worried that the wedding is off, despite Lydia and Mandy’s best attempts to make her feel better.
Nick Miles’s character Jimmy King tries to put Tom’s situation in perspective in the meantime.
Later, when Tom eventually texts Belle to confirm the wedding is still going ahead, she feels relieved.
She is enjoying being pampered by Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) and Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) now that she can enjoy her wedding day.
As the guests get ready for the wedding outside the church, there’s excitement among them.
A letter from Lisa is brought by a beaming Sam Dingle (James Hooton) as he arrives just in time to lead Belle down the aisle.
As the ceremony gets underway, Tom is irritated by the peculiarities of the Dingles. Will he be able to control his temper in the presence of his loved ones, given his history of getting into trouble for it?
After a few small bumps in the road, the couple gets ready to exchange vows and eventually gets married. Following the ceremony, Belle and Tom spend some time welcoming their guests.
To Tom’s dismay, the Dingles celebrate in true Dingle fashion. Tom starts to grow tired of the boisterous Dingle customs.
When Ruby Fox Milligan (Beth Cordingly) abruptly ends the wedding reception, it turns chaotic, and Tom gets upset because it seems like Belle’s crazy family has marred their special day.
